Are you an established carer or nurse in the Gravesend area who is looking for a fresh challenge? The best carers have good communication skills, patience, empathy and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Above all, they have a passionate desire to help others. If this sounds like you, then Mayflower Care Home would like to meet you!

We are holding a drop-in style recruitment day on Wednesday 25 May. Nicola Bundock, our Home Manager, is keen to talk to experienced nurses, carers and domestic staff.

Attendees will be able to talk to our team about the various opportunities on offer and chat with staff to find out what it’s really like to work here! They can also start the ball rolling on their new career via an initial interview for one of the roles or book an interview for another day.

If you join our home you will receive thorough on-the-job training and support with gaining further qualifications, as well as a range of competitive, industry-leading benefits.

Mayflower’s recruitment day runs from 10am to 5pm. If you are interested, please bring a copy of your CV and some form of ID, such as a passport, plus any right-to-work documentation if applicable. And, as we must help protect our residents and staff, you will need to complete a lateral flow test on arrival at the home.

We very much look forward to seeing you on 25 May 2022 at Mayflower Care Home, Hartshill Road, Northfleet, Gravesend, Kent, DA11 7DX (bus 418 stopping in Harden Road).
