Tunbridge Wells Care Centre (TWCC) is a modern, purpose-built care home in leafy Royal Tunbridge Wells.
The home has 70 generously sized ensuite bedrooms spread over three floors. Each is equipped with an adjustable automatic bed with a handset control for your comfort, a wardrobe, lockable bedside cabinet, chest of drawers/dressing table, cosy armchair, a nurse-call system, TV and free Wi-Fi. To help you feel at home from day one, we encourage you and your family to personalise your room with photos as well as favourite ornaments and small items of furniture.
All our bright, comfortable rooms have large windows with attractive views, and some ground-floor rooms also have doors that open out onto our secure garden. If you have green fingers you can create your own potted garden or hang baskets filled with favourite flowers.
Our nursing care residents and those living with early-stage dementia are mostly on the ground floor, where the more mobile can get around easily from their own room to the dining room and lounge. On our second floor we provide specialist care to residents whose dementia makes day-to-day living more challenging, while the third floor is home to residents who receive nursing and palliative care. Our staff are highly trained and experienced, and our genuine passion for caring for people is very much appreciated by our residents and their relatives.
