Westerham Brewery

Residents, staff and our friends from Oomph Wellness all hopped on the bus to go and visit the Westerham Brewery for the day – a trip we had all been looking forward to!

The Brewery was established in 2004 by Robert Wicks, once a place with lots of brewing history, Westerham is now proud to bring brewing back!

On arrival residents looked around the brewery, Tap Room and shop, and with so many varieties of wines, ales and spirits it was hard to know what to pick! Luckily for us, we were given a complimentary talk about the history of the brewery, where we learned the process and the different types of barley and hops that were used.

Following our talk we were ready for lunch, so after choosing from the wonderful selection of drinks we enjoyed a slice of pizza from the on-site pizza van! It was delicious!

A brilliant afternoon filled with history and a few drinks too!
