Champions of Care

Winner:

Amanda Rae, Head of Quality and Compliance at Canford Healthcare, won the “Digital Innovation” category in the Champions of Care Award. This was in recognition of the bespoke internal system built by Amanda and her team during the pandemic to monitor the quality of clinical care in Canford Healthcare’s 11 homes. The system has been able to identify areas of risk, ensure the continuation of good governance and exceed regulatory requirements. Further additions continue to give the Quality Cycle (as it’s known internally) ever greater functionality.
